REVIEW
Let me start be complimenting the artist Shikaku Yamamoto on the beautiful colors and character design in this manga. Each chapter starts out in full color, and then switches to a muted color tone for the remainder, but it is far more eye catching than any black and white manga book. Futhermore, the beastmen designs in here are so appealing! The draon on the cover was my early favorite when I saw this before it got translated to English and printed, but after reading, my new favorite is the wolf butler and his disaster-crush for his elven boss.

The lore of the city is grand where each chapter you get more and more keys into how the city came to be. The mayor's scenes lay down a lot of the story, but the ending does a great job of closing out the lore in a nice set chapter. I ranked this book as 'heated' under spice level since there are some risque moments between the characters and definitely some 'fan service' panels drawn inside.

The artist and author is pretty active on Twitter and has many posts from the book (in Japanese) on Tumblr as well. If you don't see yourself picking up the book, I highly would recommend at least following the author/artist!
